Iron Bisglycinate, Folic Acid (L-Methylfolate), Vitamin B12, and Zinc Sulfate work
synergistically to support healthy red blood cell formation, energy production, and
overall vitality. Iron Bisglycinate, a gentle and highly absorbable form of iron, helps
combat fatigue and supports oxygen transport throughout the body.
L-Methylfolate and Vitamin B12 contribute to proper cell division and neurological
health, while Zinc Sulfate strengthens immune function and promotes overall
wellness.
This formula supports healthy blood formation, fetal development, and maternal
energy levels making it a valuable supplement during pregnancy

Folic Acid (L-Methylfolate) (USP)............................400mcg

How to Use
DOSAGE
CHILDREN (1-12 YEARS):
Half to one teaspoon full 2 time daily.
ADULTS (MEN AND WOMEN)
1 to 2 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
Note: During menstruation or pregnancy, one
teaspoonful three times daily is recommended.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Irore can be continued for as long
as required or as recommended by the physician.

Store in cool & dry place below 30 C.
Protect form direct sun light.
Keep out of reach of children.
